Lake Lobdell has public acess and is about 545 acres with 2 other connecting lakes. Bennett lake at 150 acres and Lake Hoisington at 125 acres.   Fenton Township also offers Lake Ponemah at 378 acres with two more connecting lakes for your boating enjoyment, Sqaw Lake at 80 acres and Tupper Lake at 26 acres this is a great swimming hole.

There are many  lakes in the  Fenton Michigan area some smaller such as Silver Lake 310 acres semi private with marina access. In Deerfield township there is  Lake Shannon at  262 acres, and in Tyrone Township, Runyan Lake 165 acres, Tipsico Lake 300 acres and Tyrone Lake 102 acres, Holly Township  Lake Iroquois, which are few of the private lakes for your private waterfront experience. 

Other lakes in the Fenton area, also offers no wake lakes such as Pine Lake in Fenton Township, which means you can have a motor but there is no wake.  Pine Lake offers great fishing and is close by downtown Linden and near by all sports Bryam Lake, Linden County Park and Clover Beach.  There are many other no motor lakes in the area for the person who wants to just fish or swim and is looking to enjoy a quiet time at their waterfront home.
